RV Washing in the GTA: Mobile RV & Motorhome Wash
Every trip leaves something behind: bug splatter, road film, tree sap and, in winter and early spring, road salt. Left on the finish, it dulls the paint and gets harder to remove each time.
All Star Wash is a mobile RV washing service in the GTA. We come to your home, storage lot or campground and wash your RV on site. Washes start at $299, and we confirm the final price with you before we start. We wash motorhomes, camper vans, travel trailers, fifth wheels and other recreational vehicles of every size.
- Washes from $299
- Fully insured and WSIB compliant
- Serving the GTA since 2012

What Builds Up on an RV, and Why It Matters
Some dirt rinses off. Some bonds to the finish, etches it or stains it if it sits. Here is what we see most often:
Crane Composites, a maker of RV fiberglass sidewall panels, advises removing bugs, sap and bird droppings as soon as possible to prevent staining, and washing at least monthly with a mild detergent. See their fiberglass care guide.

See the Difference: Before and After
A mobile wash can change how an RV looks in one visit. Here is a recent job.

Why an RV Doesn’t Belong in a Car Wash
Most RVs are too tall or long for a drive-through car wash, and brushes and jets can catch awnings, vents, antennas and decals. A car wash also can’t reach the roof. If you’ve searched for an RV car wash or a motorhome car wash, a mobile wash is usually the safer way to get the same result, because someone looks at your RV and works with what is actually on it.
We explain what can go wrong in our guide to taking an RV through a car wash.
Can You Pressure Wash an RV?
Yes, but pressure in the wrong place causes problems. Close, high-pressure spray can force water behind seals and decals, lift graphic edges and push water into roof vents and window frames. We work carefully around seals, decals, vents and trim, and we use a different process on the roof than on the body panels.
Here is how we pressure wash an RV on site.
RV Surfaces and What Each One Needs
RVs We Wash
- Class A motorhomes: large, bus-style coaches
- Class B motorhomes and camper vans: compact, van-based
- Class C motorhomes: built on a truck or van chassis, with a sleeping area over the cab
- Travel trailers and caravans: towed behind a truck or SUV
- Fifth wheels: towed with a hitch in the bed of a truck
Not sure where yours fits? Tell us what you have and we will confirm.

Choose the Right Wash Package for Your RV
Every RV sees different use and weather, so we offer three washes. See our pricing page for RV prices.
Tier 1: Basic Wash
A routine wash for an RV that is already in good shape. It lifts off dust, road grime and loose debris from your last trip so the finish stays clear between deeper washes.
Includes: Complete exterior wash, window cleaning, front cap cleaning, wheel and tire rinse, removal of loose dirt and debris, spot-free rinse.
Tier 2: Deluxe Wash (Most Popular)
For an RV with bugs on the front, a film of road grime or a season of buildup. We spend extra time on the spots that collect the most, then finish with a detailed rinse.
Includes: Full exterior hand wash, bug removal treatment, window and mirror cleaning, wheel and tire cleaning, detailed rinse and finish, spot cleaning of problem areas.
Tier 3: Premium Wash
Our most thorough exterior wash, including the awnings, trim and a final walk-around. A good choice before the travel season, after a long trip or before storage.
Includes: Complete exterior wash, detailed bug and grime removal, wheel and tire detailing, awning cleaning, exterior trim cleaning, window detailing, final inspection and touch-up cleaning.
What Affects the Price of an RV Wash
Washes start at $299. The final price depends on:
- Size: a Class A coach takes longer than a camper van or a small travel trailer.
- Condition: heavy bug buildup, sap, road salt or mildew take more time.
- Access: tight storage lots or lanes where we can’t get close add time.
- Add-ons: wax or sealant and polishing are priced separately from the wash.

How an RV Wash Works
Booking in Three Steps
- Tell us about your RV. Send us the type, size and where it is parked.
- We confirm your price. You know the cost before we start.
- We come to you. We arrive with our own water and power, and wash your RV on site.
How We Wash an RV, Step by Step
- Walk-around. We check seals, decals and trim, and note problem spots such as sap and heavy bugs.
- Rinse from the top down. We start with the roof when it’s included and work down, so dirty water doesn’t streak a clean panel.
- Treat the problem areas. Bugs, sap and road film on the front cap and lower panels get treated before washing (Deluxe and Premium).
- Hand wash. We wash section by section with a mild soap and soft tools, working carefully around seals, decals and vents.
- Wheels, tires, windows and awnings. Awnings are included in the Premium wash.
- Spot-free rinse and dry. This prevents mineral spots as the water dries.
- Final walk-around. We check the RV with you, or leave notes if you’re not there.

How to Prepare Your RV for a Wash
You don’t need to do much. A few things help:
- Retract awnings and slide-outs, and close windows, roof vents and hatches.
- Clear a path around the RV, and move any gear, bikes or chairs that are in the way.
- Tell us if there’s anything we should avoid, such as a loose decal, a leak or a fresh repair.
- Let us know about access, such as a gate code or a tight spot at the storage lot.
When to Wash Your RV, Season by Season
Not sure how often to wash? Our Ontario guide to how often to wash your RV gives a schedule for each season.
Is Your RV Faded or Chalky?
A wash removes dirt. It can’t fix a dull, chalky or faded finish. That is oxidation, and it needs polishing, which starts at $899. See our RV and motorhome detailing service for polishing, oxidation correction and full interior and exterior detailing.
Wax and Sealant
A wash cleans the RV. It doesn’t add lasting protection. Wax or sealant, which helps shed water and slows weathering, is an add-on, priced separately. Crane Composites suggests waxing fiberglass once or twice a year. Ask us about it when you request your quote.

Washing an RV isn’t like washing a car. Before booking anyone, ask:
- Are you insured and WSIB covered? A mobile wash company works on your property.
- Do you have experience with RVs, not just cars?
- How do you protect seals, decals, vents and slide-outs?
- Do you wash the roof, and is it included?
- Is the price confirmed in writing before the job?
We’re happy to answer all of these before you book.

View All Star Wash on GoogleFrequently Asked Questions
Is there a motorhome wash near me?
Yes. If you’re looking for an RV wash near me, we come to you, so there is nothing to drive to. We cover the whole GTA, at your home, storage facility, campground or any parking area that works. Tell us your town and we will confirm.
Where can I wash my RV in the GTA?
Most drive-through car washes can’t take an RV. Some campgrounds and storage lots allow you to wash it yourself, so check with yours first. Or we can come to you. We wash RVs at your home, storage lot or campground anywhere in the GTA.
Do you wash travel trailers and fifth wheels?
Yes. A travel trailer wash or RV trailer wash is the same on-site service, including the roof and awnings when the job calls for it.
How often should I wash my RV?
Wash before and after major trips and before seasonal storage. Crane Composites suggests at least monthly during the season for fiberglass sides.
Can you remove bug splatter, tree sap and road grime?
Yes. Bugs and sap bond more the longer they sit. The Deluxe wash includes a bug removal treatment and spot cleaning of problem areas, and the Premium wash goes further.
What are the black streaks on my RV?
They are dirt carried by water running off the roof, seams, vents and awning arms. A wash removes surface streaks. If the finish is oxidized, they come back faster, because a rough surface holds dirt.
Do you wash the roof?
Yes, when the job calls for it. Roofs have vents, seals and rooftop equipment, so we use a different process there than on the body panels.
Do you need my water and power?
No. We bring our own. If you have access to yours, it helps, but it isn’t required.
How long does an RV wash take?
It depends on the size and condition. Most RV washes take between one and three hours.
Is wax or sealant included in the wash?
No. Wax and sealant are priced separately.
Can you remove oxidation or the chalky look?
A wash can’t. That takes polishing, which we offer through our RV detailing service. Polishing starts at $899.
How much does an RV wash cost?
Washes start at $299. The final price depends on size, condition, access and add-ons such as wax or sealant, and we confirm it before we start. See our pricing page for all RV prices.
